I'm so excited!

I only found out about his game yesterday and I already can't wait for the beta to be released for everyone to play!

We have no idea when the beta for this game is in fact coming out. The only concrete date we have is "before the end of 2013"

 

Or maybe "Introduce Yourself!".

 

yeah pics look nice but there is no gameplay that ive found on twitch where people say they play all the time while developing kinda meh till i see some gameplay on it but it looks nice

Apart from all the streams from Tiy, several new ones in just the last few weeks.
And Bartwe programming and bugfixing, giving sneak-peeks of various features.
And other devs having streams programming/showing bits of the game.
And the other preview/demo streams/videos.

Sure, apart from all that, there's been nothing at all. Meh indeed sir!

I think i have heard that the beta will be only for those who pre-ordered the game. Im not sure but you should check it bevore counting on a beta for everyone to play

 

I pre-ordered it yesterday. The same day I found out about the game!

 

just get ready to wait a long time before any betas show up

 

Dam, I hope it comes out within the next 2 months or so cause my year 12 exams are coming up in 6 months

 

unfortunately, we'd probably have to be lucky to get it in the next 2 months. It doesn't seem like they have any plans to do it anytime soon or anytime even kind of soon, sadly.

 

Oh well. At least I supported the Dev's by buying the pre-release and hopefully they will stick to their word and release the game within this year.

 

I don't think you have to worry about that though. I'd say they can most certainly finish the game by December 31st.

 

Actually if they finish the game after November when exams finish I can just non stop Starbound and I won't have to worry about it affecting my studies!

 

...To be honest, I started singing the song when I saw the title.

I've seen a lot of these threads and it's great to see people excited for this game but I feel it's really cluttering the "General Discussion" thread.
