So hey everybody! I created some concept art for gear I wanted to suggest. Waddya think? My only problem: I'm terrible at translating these drawings into good pixel art, which is definitely import to suggest something for a pixel game. Since I really do want to put these up on the forums, and not by themselves, I would be honored to collaborate with someone who would be interested in turning these into pixel art. Here's a few samples of my drawings. (My printer decided to mess with me while I was scanning, so some of them don't show the whole picture. I apologize in advance.) Thanks! I hope I get some takers! This isn't exactly collaboration, but I've tried my hand at mocking up your Hornet: The first one is the source, 1:1 pixel ratio. Second is at 200% "zoom," and also Starbound's base pixel size. Third is 300% "zoom" for easy viewing. Anything you need changed? If they suck, someone clean my work up a bit, please.
