I hastily built this house but for some reason I get wet when it's raining outside. WTF?

I get wet inside my wooden house too, I don't know if it's intentional but I assume more expensive materials stop water from coming in. I like your house by the way, looks cozy :D

Hrrm... I havent tried using thatch for roofing... why dont you change it so it uses 2 layers of wood and then add thatch? perhaps that is whats letting rain through.

Nice house indeed, just needs some tapestry.

edit: Perhaps you forgot to... err... build on the background? its a bit of o common mistake to forget to use right click when building the roof to cover the background as one finishes the the ceiling and adds other things to the house.

Soopy, on your roofline where you have the diagonal climbs, make the blocks overlap, the stairstep single block allows water in, I always use a double block outer wall to stop rain.

Yeah I thought about that last night. I'll do that and see if stops the rain. Weird thing though is not actually "seeing" rain in the house, just my character getting wet.
