i think he means:
his starbound key (to activate on steam) is used by other people too.

but that shouldnt be possible cause steam doenst allow to activate 2 times the same key.

 

I hope we can help this guy out. I wish I knew Korean so I can help him better.

 

Isn't it just the problem molly talked about? Some keys are not working and give the error to be invalid. This is probaly caused by the other loads of people trying to validate their key.

Well I don't know if it's the best idea to send this guy to the support, we need someone that know Korean and help him reach the support. There probably is someone out there! I only know English, a little bit of German And Czech which is my own first languague

 

What is there to understand ? His key was duplicated somehow and now he is feeling guilty, Maybe but just maybe he bought the four keys pack and didn't realize what he was doing.

No, the issue seems to be steam giving him a "duplicate key" error. I suppose this is probably a known issue caused by load on the Steam activation server.
