If your a Whovian, this is how you should look at Character Wipes!

Well hello. If you are a Whovian, or a fan of the BBC show, Doctor Who, then you should think about your character as a 'regeneration'. Essentially they loose they're previous appearance, and keep their memory. (They usually keep their possessions but no clever take on that this time :I).

 

This is a bad time to mention regenerations... I want Matt's kidneys back.

 

Pfftp, I want Tennant's sexy back.

 

I thought this was going to be about Whos from Whoville.....I'll just be on my way.

 

I can't decide who is sexier out of the three. Matt Smith, Tennant or Eccleston.

Tennant all the way. Is no question about it. Matt Smith looks like a dogs rectum, and Eccleston has too much ear.

WELL I.. I THINK YOU HAVE A TINY FACE. Speaking of Dr Who though, I'm watching the 4 episode special now. Never got into the series as a whole, only bits here and there.

 

Nah, new guy is an oscar winning writer and director. The new season might just be significantly better.

 

Oh I have very high hopes for Doctor Who, it's just sad to see him go.

 

I never really got into Doctor Who, I just watched every episode because it was something good to watch on a Saturday afternoon while eating dinner. That's all I remember of it!

 

I dunno, they're all a bit too skinny for my taste.

 

Well in what way do you mean skinny?

 

To be fair, I am looking forward to Capaldi, however that dosen't mean that the writing will improve. I loved David Tennant as the doctor, and I even liked Matt Smith, but from watching Capaldi's other performances, he just dosen't come across as the same level of enthusiasm and energy. Matt Smith was great when he was happy, but I thought he was awful when he got broody.

But... the Docter gets to keep all his neat stuff!

Edit: Herpy-derp. That's what I get for copy-pasting when I couldn't remember the new doctor's name.

 

The wipe would be more akin to the Doctor regenerating, and then losing his TARDIS as well, and having to rebuilt it. That would be horrifying.

 

Am I the only one that likes Peter Capaldi as the doctor?

 

I like his casting as the Doctor, but since we've only had 30 seconds of him so far, it's pretty hard to like him as the Doctor. That said, I do like what I have seen. Dem eyes.
