If you were to create a weapon...

A fully automatic, sized down railgun.

Liquid nitrogen spray gun.

BioShock's Rivet gun, but more powerful and with a nice scope.

(Nyan-cat cannon?)

 

Self destructing paper plane.

 

Sonic Screwdriver for a weapon!

Super effective against Mechanical enemies! Can also open doors!

 

Burpanator! You put this gun on your mouth, then you burp through it. The wave will stun, knock back and/or kill enemies. WARNING!: Not effective against space hobos!

 

Polymorph gun, makes the enemy into an sheep or chicken.

 

Oh, creating weapons, think i'll stay here for a long time.

How about a "laser-grenade" (for all the laser fans). when it explodes, it shoots lasers (in a circle in air or just up in a pit) until it hits something, or at least shoots one screen. You should hide behind a strog shield or a hill after throwing it.

The "Bite-Everything-Shark", a shark you hold at his fin. everytime you squeeze him, he'll bite. useless at distance, but when you're close he slashes everything. And also defensive useable, used at the right moment you can destroy a bullet that would hit you.

 

Double sided electric flame whip. (Double sided whip made of flame, with electricity bolts arcing off of the whip.) Wielded with two hands, like a double bladed lightsaber. DARTH MAUL STYLE!

I would make a minigun that fires razor baldes

 

"Thrown Cards", a set of Poker Cards with sharp edges. Rotating when thrown, the caused damage depends on the card itsself, so a king is better than a 3. Purchased at the Gambler-NPC where you also can play Blackjack several hours per day and loose all your money because you don't know how to cheat like the NPC does

Seriously - a living grappling hook (as I mentioned there). Biologically implantable device/symbiont which allows you to cling blocks and leech life from enemies.

A shield-boomerang, like in Megaman. I'm kind of fascinated for boomerangs...

So a gun that would spray infected blood? Nice. I'd buy one. It would be terribly effective if crop-dusted over an enemy encampment.

I feel like a terrible person now >.>

 

I'd like to see many technological variations of classic weapons, such as a techno-swords, axes, maces, spears etc.
Made a quick little example:

 

I'd make a yellow spikey sword that made you crit 100% of the time and make your crits do extra damage.
I would call it infinity edge and I would be unstoppable.

 

As much as I like sci-fi elements when it comes to weaponry I normally like sticking with old-fashioned weapons. If I could implement two weapons I'd like a revolver (hurts a lot but shoots slow) and a mace (slow swinging but hurts and knocks back monsters all the way back to last week).

 

I like that. It would be awesome to have old-fashioned weapons as well. Just a good old 6 shooter. Makes me think of Fallout kind of.

 

I would make a sword, but not just any sword, a BIG sword.
This weapon would be very powerful but also very slow to balance it out.
I would call it a GREATSWORD! And then I would name it James.

It would also be alive - Weapons with personality are of the best kind. Teamwork!
