If You Could Bring Anything From Another Game To Starbound, What Would It Be?

Troll race from WoW.

 

Castlevania or the recent Rogue legacy combat and movement mechanics (things like back dashing and animation cancel and other action orientated mechanics).

 

Computers from SiN, not many games let you hack the villains bank account and transfer to yours. Also be fun to see how many pixels Tiy has in the intergalactic bank.

 

I would probably want to bring peaceful mode from Minecraft because I hate dying either the portal gun from, you guessed it, Portal, or the (freaking epic) Druid transformation powers from WoW. But made into 2D, and make it DNA splicing or something similar. If GW2 had some sort of class that was like it... I would probably never play any other class, or any other game. Except Starbound.

... but I would have to agree with Portal Guns, ... with the capability of picking up blocks/entities and moving them around. ... Nothing is more frustrating then remodeling a storage room with a ton of chests inside of it, ... and you have to empty the chest, pick up the chest, then place it in its new spot and fill it back up again.

I'm a very old player of WoW, I mean, I had a level 70 ( That was the level cap at that time. ) Shadow Shaman, and a level 70 Marksmanship Hunter. Both of them was Troll! Good times.

I would have brought Draenei, but they are obviously out of context, Trolls are at least adaptable. (I could also settle for TES's Argonians, or even Homestuck Trolls but that would have catastrophic consequences on the userbase).

 

I don't know, I never liked the Draenei's that much. About the TES's Argonians, would be epic!

If not in game at release, mods must have this. Hell, every TES race would be epic. Or just the Argonians and Khajiit, due to both of their awesomeness.

 

NeoSteam's PvP. Entire servers fought as footsoldiers and mechs for essential resources you basically couldn't live without.

Tetris biomes...random blocks rain from the sky forming the ground below.

You can rotate and move them together, in which case the combined pressure causes them to fuse together and evaporate. Mess up or move too slow though and you'll get buried
