Such a machine would be a vile thing! If you can de-exist something, people will copy you, and everyone'll just keep going until there's nothing left in the universe!
It would be much more moral to use a cannon that turns things into cute things. c:

Hmmm... think of other Dimensions. If you De-exist, say, a Poptop, it would Re-exist in a separate dimension.
But a Cute-fier would work too. Or a Desintegrator.
