All the German Truckers from Euro Truck Simulator. The worlds most nonthreatening but still creepy drivers that have wasted more cash doing routes than not doing any thing.

 

The Fellpool. From Star Ocean. Because they're awesome and would fill the need for cat people. xD

 

Lombax
Known from the universe of Ratchet and Clank, Lomax is the protagonist himself by the name of "Ratchet".

This race would probably be hi-tech one and also handy with wrenches + good in constructing things

I know this has been said before, but Naga/lamia. That would be epical. I would even give up being an awesome carnivorous plant person for it.

I've never played WoW a day in my life, but damn if Draenei women aren't hot.

I dont know the name or her race since it isnt said in the game but it would be cool to see an organism assimilate the shape of others like she did.

 

Unless my lore skills fail me, she was also an Ancient. (Like Aeris/Aerith) I can't seem to remember what was special about them, though. I was never a big fan of VII anyhow.

 

Final Fantasy 12's Moogles!!! I've also completed FF VII tonnes of times in the past, still play it occasionaly!
