Closed I want my refund?

    I heard from a few friends that they got their refunds for this game
    and unfortunately I want mine
    how do I go about this

    I do that a lot, usually seconds after I post something I edit it because I can come off too hostile a lot of times, as was the case here. I know this so I edit quickly and hope no-one saw what I originally wrote. If you were replying to what I wrote first then I'm sorry. I edited my post to try not to be a jerk. the question itself I thought was reasonable to ask though.

    Have an actual answer. Although you're not entitled to a refund, the place to go about it would be the email them
    support@chucklefish.org is for billing support questions.

    That's not a valid response. Early beta can still lead to disappointment. If I didn't get the game for free I would ask for a refund too.

    Let's start here. Why is it you would like a refund?
    People can come off a bit aggressive when they hear "refund" because a lot of people want them, and a lot of them for ridiculous reasons.
    For future reference, online games typically don't offer refunds. There are those that do, yeah, and there are always exceptions (WarZ, anyone?) but the moral is, make sure you /really/ want a game before you buy it. =P

    Buuut that's my preaching done. J-block's post is the most helpful for you at this time.

    Try support@chucklefish.org, most likely you won't get a refund though.

    humble bundle has been more than happy to refund preorders for me and everyone I know that has asked about it. If you preordered, just shoot them an email. Getting a refund from steam or chucklefish will be much much harder, however. Good luck, OP!
