Challenge for building by using the paint tool to mark your level of influence similar to Black & White games. You gain influence for building complete buildings and finishing missions.
Aside from a few missions you are given free reign in your domain.

    Requirements For starting:

    Level 0

    Level 1

    Level 2

    ¬To be added later¬

Basics on how to BEGIN the challenge

Start out by beaming down to a planet and immediately place down 2 torches to mark your starting spot.
Pick a white colour on your Paint Tool and paint 2 blocks right under the torches.
Then, switch colour to one YOU will be using until you unlock another and use the Paint Tool on as many blocks around you as you can, WITHOUT moving from the spot you landed at.
The blocks under your torches are not to be touched otherwise until you advanced in Technology.
The blocks under your torches also sets the depth level for your world, surface will have to be level with it.
You can't destroy the outmost blocks of your influence so you always know where the limits are until you advance.
This is likely to be your total level of influence when you start

    Extra Rules
You can't move the torches, nor place foreground blocks above the torches within the height of your character nor one above.

Basically you are not allowed to alter the initial landing spot (unless specified otherwise)

Ooh, so if im reading this correctly, its like a starbound version of a skyblock map in minecraft? I think i'm going to try this, it sounds pretty neat.

Skyblock maps generally place you on a completely empty world with only limited resources you can generate, like trees, (crops/herbs for Terraria potions and some sand and such, and different kind of blocks to make different monsters) above a void with maybe a few secrets somewhere around you, either deep down or high up out of immediate reach. This is more trying to tame the world, maybe imagine the world around you is corrupted and you must purify it with your paint tool, but it's not safe to do so from outside structures or something.

So, basically Terraria: Otherworld, except you can't leave your bubble?

Well, you can LEAVE your bubble, you just aren't allowed to affect any blocks outside of it.

    Right.
Also, i was wondering, but what does the "Metals:" line mean? Are the metals part of infinite materials? And what do you have to do on other planets?

Basically you can only use the resources available to the planet while building it, but you mostly have to get them from other planets, the only change you can make to the one you're building on, is within your bubble, but you can gather the extra resources if something enters your influence.
