Closed I swear i pre-ordered

i am worried my pre order did not work, i have yet to get the badge and i would love to ask what i might have messed up. i would really be bummed out if the game got released and i had to buy it again.

i am sure this has been asked allot and expect to get some criticism for asking

thanks omnipotent, well my problem is i know i pre-ordred that game but i have not received my badge so i have a bit of fear that i either got charged but will not get the game or for some reason it got denied. i am not sure what the charge would be called, if i remember it did not say starbound

Sorry, I generally process e-mails in batches when I have free time. I'm currently working on the game. You'll either get an e-mail from molly, bart or I as soon as one of us runs through the e-mails.
