I need colonization help.

    Yes, those rooms meet the requirements to have colony NPCs that will pay you rent. (in the next update)

    The colony features are not in Spirited Giraffe, they should be in Pleased Giraffe (currently nightly build). The next stable patch should have them.

    No, there has not been a Stable update.

    Colonies will not come to Stable for a couple months.

    The stable patch with the colony stuff will come when it's ready. It's also coming with the combat updates and damage system overhaul.

    As colony stuff is already being implemented on nightly, it's only a matter of time until it's pushed to unstable, from unstable it will hit stable when the bugs are all/mostly worked out.
