I hear most folks start with a house or somethin, but after raiding a research facility, I had other plans for the equipment I found. >:-D Best part is, when I beam down from my *other* ship, it puts me right into this one! ^_^
I like the use of the electrical blocks and where did you find those antenna on the side? I've never seen them in a research facility before.
In the research facility, those antennae were on either side of the electrical blocks, appearing as a kind of conductor.
