I love Floranssss :)

Imagine if they could figure out how to string together a proper sentence or stopped dragging out their S's more then a flamboyant homosexual, oh the possibilities.

My main is currently a Floran and she's so evil. I feel no remorse when I kill other characters on her.
Maybe I'm starting to become evil myself...
I should make a human.

 

Greenfinger and the one student of Professor Irondome show that Floran can be intelligent. The PC Floran can barely read the most basic words (most Florans can't even do that) but can get to craft robotic parts, drills, survival systems, etc. That shows that Florans aren't stupid, just almost all of them are uneducated. Heck, Greenfinger is a scientist of such renown that he has worked with Big Ape in the past. The best way to think of it is that Florans are like what humans were during the cave-man days, killing off those not exactly like them (indeed, there were super-intelligent subtypes of humans that were killed off entirely) and more tribal than what we are now. Given how young they are as a whole, give the Floran race enough time and they could end up being as smart as humans.

 

Florans love you too, but only because you are made out of tasty meat.

 

Unless you play a Glitch... or a Novakid when they're released, I imagine Florans won't be eating them either and will probably find them easier to get along with than the other races will. The Glitch probably too, since while the non-self-aware Glitch are stuck in the medival ages, the Novakids are more or less stuck in the Western period with no real lasting significant advancement.

 

Floran met with much prejudiccce pretty much anywhere Floran go. Try hard to be friendly but other race asssssume worsst at get-go. Floran get angry and frussstrated after while, then do bad thingsss. But bad thingsss not big deal to other Floranss...

Floran think sssometime: maybe advancccing culture lossst causse? Viciousss cccyle, yess? But always wake up nexxxt day and try hard again. Always.

 

I salute the Floran people in that they only prove what I've been saying for years: you can't trust vegetables. Fruits are redeemed only by bananas.

 

Look at it this way: Florans will happily eat members of the MiniKnog and will leave your bananas alone.

 

This is an acceptable offer. Hmmmm maybe set up a breeding program for MiniKnog heads so that they have to watch their offspring eaten alive...

 

Floran's are cool don't get me wrong I like things that know what they want and then take it but still I am much more interested in what the Agaran's are capable of and have achieved.
They seem even more ruthless not to mention cunning even though mushrooms (that we know of) are more closely related to humans then plants. Best of both worlds perhaps.

 

Florans love meat and killing, tell them that you'll point out MiniKnog who they can kill and eat freely and how many there are, they'll be as stab-happy as they can get.

 

Unfortunatley I cant imagine me interacting with a Floran in any other way than with a famethrower or any other potentially deadly tool of destruction.
The very best scenario I can imagine is that I abort an eradication process of a floran settlement because I have importnat things to do..... and I normally dont leave things unfinished.

 

Ssstab all of thingsss! Floran's score to settle is not with Hylotl, but with accursed Agaran. Once they extinct I will go back to ssstab all else! -Florans still friends though.

Hey, if you want to erradicate florans rather imprison them and sell them to my corporation. They will be used to reverse engineer your technology then after being assimilated to propper behavior

I try to be friendly towards them, but they have a tendency to stab and such. So of course the first logical option is to eradicate the threat. 'Twas our scientist who gave the Florans FTL anyhow. So it seems to be our responsibility to make sure they don't threaten any other people.

Hey... my main character (who is a human) has a floran gf... crap shouldnt say that. Dont talk that bad about them. Anything deserves to life (except if they are landing their ship on your headquarters come to your door and want to bring you the message of peace for the 20th + Lambda element of Real numbers time while bypassing your landmines and security systems and guards not able to shoot them because they are either asleep, on missions or playing the cookie game because all the relieable clones are out for important missions... wait where am I, what did I want to say? ahhh close the ) and continue )

Uh, after I kinda drifted off: Do not talk about florans badly, my main character (is a human) and has a floran gf... crap I shouldnt have said that. Just dont talk bad about them... anything deserves a life, even if its wiping out other lifes. They might change at some point since they are really young (or get assimilated by my people so they are actually behaving close to humans so they can work for Omegacorp... wait its happening again, where did I stop).

Screw this, just do not mess with florans
