Closed I just spawned inside of a Glitch settlement.

I just created a new character and beamed right down into this Glitch settlement library.


Here's the planet coordinates and the specific moon.

I'm pretty sure I'm not here for support, just this is a bit more major than a "general bug report". Also, maybe others have experienced this.

 

i fail to see anything "major"... you spawned in a glitch village.... so what?

 

Well, other than the fact that you really shouldn't be spawning inside an area full of useful resources, let alone beaming INTO A BUILDING (and being unable to beam back out the same way you came in)?

Pretty much everything is wrong with this.

 

My first new character after the patch got beamed into a dome shaped hole in the ground. I had to dig my way out with the matter manipulator. After digging out, I beamed back up and then down again. The second beam-down put me on top of the dome.

 

My wife and I both warped into houses on the first 3 planets we visited, and I am seeing a lot of this on reddit as well. Also, a lot of spawning in tNot just coincidence.

 

Hahaha I had something like that happen!
I landed in the middle of a strange glitch occult worshiping. With a platform and obelisk. Instantly they attacked, and I was a glitch.....lol.

 

I'm gonna guess that they just fucked up again and left debug "spawn dungeon near planet spawn" code in when they "fixed" settlements not generating.

 

I warped into an empty glitch "hut" as well as a partial village- three npc's walking around

 

You name your Avian, Birdbird , well thats kidna, creative.. btw I also spawn in a couple of buildings its kidna funny

 

"Birdbird" is a valid random name generation. So is Eyeeyes, Beakbeak, and Featherfeathers.

 

I called my Hylotl Mrfishman, However, I start to like this "Spawn randomly in random generated structures"
