Yes after a long day of lobbing off heads This Knight of the watch enjoys walking the frozen tundra killing dire bears and creating pixelated characters monsters and small furry animals for me to crush! Indeed in just a short time of creating pixel images i have made quite A name for myself at this art form in many A critiques eyes and no doubt they would all be singing my praises and promoting my work if only i hadn't executed them all for being such snappy dressers. Oh well, sunrise sunset. In entirety i have made only so many creations with what little resources i have and have only had so few accepted into anything such as a game or feature. I can only surmise that they chose not to include my works for common fear for they're lives. I have always wanted to work on something like this especially if i could be in a loop of people working toward one goal instead of me just smashing anyone with an idea i don't agree with. Ive not yet been able to create for anything this great and would like to at least have something i make or one of my ideas to fold in with a game. I would in any case like to know of any programs if any used in making your animations/characters and if possible the templates of a blank male and female human sprite as a starting point in reality id just like these things to make animations possibly a fan based animation. I use a Vincent skin in minecraft myself As for programs, GraphicsGale is my favourite for spriting and animating, and it has a lot of great features. The free version is fine for just spriting too, but you'll need to full version if you want to export animated sprites (I think it's about $20). Here's the base template: Welcome to the forums!
