I've checked all the guides. I don't have anything. Steam doesn't have the option to launch the uploader, and there's no file in my win32 folder that mentions anything of the sort. There's one in my win64 folder, but I can't use it. Is there not a steam uploader for 32 bit? (Sorry if this is in the wrong section. Can't decide if this should be in the modding section or help section.)

Actually, I have my mod_uploader.exe in my /win64/ folder but I can access the mod uploader without issue. Are you attempting to launch your game through the Steam Library?
