so fine, weapons can be weaker and all and you need armor to have a good multiplier, sure fine, but why is it that with an impervium armor i still get damaged from harmless level creatures ? i didn t farm a lot of stuff so that i still get hit from creatures that no goddamn worth at point, and by the way, where the hell do you do tier 6 armor now ? the accelerator s and all just gives me aegisalt rubium and violium armor, i can t find the rest, lucky i did them before the update but still (actually i didn t do the ferozium one because it felt weaker)
This update really only focuses on Colonization system and sets up the basic framework for the new combat system. The weapon \ monster \ armor balance will only come in the next major Combat update.
where do i craft the ferozium armor ? i cannot find in the accelerator s table, nor anywhere really, same for the other tier armor
You're mixing up the tables. You're thinking about the Replicator, which gives tier 5 armor (or whatever) that require all the ores. The Accelerator Table is for tier 6 ranged style armor. There is no "Ferozium Armor" set. It's a tier term in general.
According to this, it's in the Accelerator Table. http://starbounder.org/Gambler's_Set Are you sure you're not looking in the Replicator?
While I can't remember for sure, I think the T6 armor recipes unlocked for me when I crafted the T5 versions. The Accelerator is for Aegisalt/Ferozium armor, the Manipulator is for Rubium/Cerulium, and the Separator is for Violium/Impervium.
Yes, this is correct. You have to actually craft the T5 versions first for the recipes to show up, I noticed the same thing.
Obtaining a piece of tier 1, 3, or 5 armor gives you the recipe to upgrade it to the next tier now. It's a nice change because I was able to find a Glitch merchant to buy tier 3 (titanium) armor from while I still had tier 2, before the Erchius mission even. It was awesome, made the whole thing a lot easier and felt really cool. So basically, if you have aegisalt armor, throw it on the ground then pick it back up.
