Closed I can't play with my character in singleplayer.

I made a new character a while ago, I started playing with it in multiplayer on my own server with my friend. Now if I wasnt to go to singleplayer with that character, I get this error:


and after a while or when I click OK, I get this one:


Aaand the game stops working after that. I can play only in multiplayer on my own server, other servers not tested. this happened as well to my second test character I started in multiplayer. Its not that serious, I play in multipalyer mostly anyway. Its just that once in a while when I want to play in singleplayer, I have to wait for the server to start up. I play only with few vanilla friendly mods: Fully Customisable ship, Gun Assembly, Dye Mod, Nudie and NPC control techs while I used only the FCS mod when I started that character, the other 4 were installed later, soon before I noticed that error message, I haven't tried to play singleplayer until then. But I still have a feeling its not caused by mods.

EDIT: okay, after I put all mods out, started singleplayer, it worked, then I put them back and it still worked. I am gonna leave it here just in case anyone has the same problem.

SOLVED

 

The problem is the multiplayer server you are running had your local universe folder locked down. If you played a single player game that used the same universe the multiplayer server did, it would be changing things in two places at once for the same universe, which could cause a ton of problems. Just make sure your multiplayer server isn't up when you go to play single player ^^.

 

Now that I am thinking about it, you are right. lol. Silly me.
