i can't marry with penny

first, i'm sorry for i'm not an english user so my translate may be terrible

my character is female, i want to marry with penny.
and i received penny's letter inviting me spa in my first winter
but i dont want to marry in winter, so i ignore and waited until the next(2nd) spring.

and finally i visit spa at pm 7:00 to 12:00 in 2nd spring while 5days everyday, but nothing happened
of course i walked in bottom of spa

i'm using mods just for portrait and minimap

am i missing something? or what should i do more?

my friend told me it should be help to add my save file's these strings
