Resolved I can't launch the game. I've tried everything.

I've tried numerous fixes. I just need a devs or someones help. Here are my specs:

Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7700HQ CPU @ 2.80GHz, 2801 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 8 Logical Processor(s)
Installed Physical Memory (RAM) 16.0 GB
System Type x64-based OS
Graphics Intel Some sort of Intel Integrated
NVidia GeForce 1050 GTX
Antivirus: Norton (I have disabled it while trying to fix the problem)

A few more details:

- I can launch the .exe file as and admin and it works. However, it does not link me to steam.
- It constantly stops responding either at the Chucklefish logo, or at the starting menu. (Mostly at the logo.)
