I can't achieve last Destroy Ruin part of the game! :(

So, I've run to really frustrating problem here. Few days ago I was playing Starbound, I beated Baron's Keap (Dragon fight mission), then I've been trying to find ruins to destroy them (The last mission), but power went off. And all my mission progresses lost, all my teleport destinations(bookmarks) disappeared, but somehow fortunatelly my ship was still upgraded and all my stuff was there where they was.
Although, very important thing wasn't in place! The Ark isn't open to go through it(to destroy ruins). How can I achieve it? Maybe I can achieve it through some admin commands?
