   Whenever I run my game with mods, the mods won't load. Everything is compatible and I even verified the cache and ran a Powershell command. Please help me.

   Please provide a bit more information on this. Do you use steam workshop mods or manual installed ones in the mods folder? Also always provide your starbound.log file located in the storage folder of your Starbound install so we can see what's going on and which part is failing.
