I cannot receive tech quest

    Greetings.
    Literally, I don’t have head and leg tech because there’s no tech quest. I installed mod ‘No Tech Quest’, after install, it worked. There’s no quest and no tech for head and leg.
    Or, I completed all quest but never received head and leg tech.

    Can someone solve this problem?
    I have dash only.

    I cleared and get floran relic now.

    Why did you install "No Tech Quest" mod, if you want to get a tech?
