I believe that I've vaguely figured out the recent problem with the game

I may be mistaken, but only when I use the new option to "exit to title" and try to re-enter the same file, it corrupts the file. It has happened twice to me and I'm seeing that it's not only me that this is happening to. I am not sure if this has already been figured out, but I hope this helps.
