extract the .zip into your mods folder should look something like this, at least that's what it is for me. C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\Common\Starbound\mods
one issue with it as it is currently is that the walls aren't continuous with the tier 7 walls. which means if you upgrade from Tier 7 to Tier 8 as it is now most of your stuff would be destroyed or stuck inside the walls. You would need to redesign Tiers 5-7 as they are all different than the current layout. That said I do like the design.

"not a valid zip file" Maybe that's why you can't upload it to the website? it looks like a .rar renamed to .zip but you can open it with 7zip anyway.
Yeah i have no idea whats wrong with the uploading, neither .rar or .zip files replace the old one. Here's the correct .zip
The Interior has been left empty on purpose, for those who, for example want big windowed spaces, or dislike the default blocks and want to change up layouts.
there's a real nasty problem with the T5 ship, the small room on the bottom left only exists on the T5, and it moves upwards on the T6, so anything left inside that room becomes inaccessible. you'll need to actually remove that room to prevent any glitches from switching tiers

How Can I change boundaries of this ship? I tried editing humanT8.blocks and nothing happened in-game ok, answer is to delete shipworld (obviously), or start new character
