Closed Human mech has no legs and cost no energy?

Like the title says, the legs on the Human Mech are not visible and it costs no energy to use/shoot. It is also very weak, but you guys know about that already.

 

I have the exact same problem with Mech legs that you have. Although I have, it consumes energy.

 

Mechs aren't entirely implemented just yet. I'd expect a full makeover including fixing all problems with them when they introduce the other racial mech techs

 

How much energydoes a mech normally take to deploy?
