Right, so it sounds like you've bought the game through Humble, and need to redeem the code. Assuming you already have a Steam client and account; 1. Open your Library. 2. At the top of the screen, select "Games" and then "Activate a product on Steam..." 3. Go through and accept the terms and conditions. You should then be able to enter your code.
