How to remove bugged items

Hi,

I was wondering how to get rid of bugged items. I was using commands and making custom weapons. I made an item that has a bug where it says "Stat doesn't exist". It is currently sitting in my inventory, but I have no clue how to remove it.

My game quit whenever I touch it or try to drag it. But I am still able to play but unable to join any servers.

If you have any tips or ways to remove it. Please tell me
