Tutorial How to play with friends?

Uhm the tutorial tag is the wrong one for this topic. It also seems to be the wrong section. ^^'

Well uhm... >v< To play with a friend you have these options:
- Play via steam multiplayer (requires both of you playing starbound via steam and is the easiest way)
- Join via ip which requires port forwarding setup in your or your friends router depending on who is the host
- One of you set up a dedicated server and you join on this which also requires port forwarding setup in your or your friends router depending on who is hosting the server
- You play on one of the already present servers
