Modding Help How to make custom dialogue for SAIL?

I'm making a S.A.I.L replacement that's between the default and A.V.I.A.N in terms of animation detail and personality.
I'll make a male equivalent once I'm done with this:

I designed it to look like CuteBound's Avians but I think I'll put that in a separate mod or simply remove the hair feather thing.
However, I don't know how to change SAIL's dialogue. The animation frames I think I'll keep the same (talk, idle, yell, no, and error) but I'm looking to change the sentences to be more human.
Anyone know of a guide or way to do this?
