How to get Santa's Sack [sic] *ahem* Bag?...

How can anyone not see it?

 

When i talk about a sack, I think about a bag that holds things.
Most people I know also think of a bag. What do you think of- wait, nvr mind, i dont wanna know...

 

When you say bag everyone thinks of bag. When you say sack imagination takes over.

 

mmm....yet the name of the actual item IS "Santa's Sack"...I'll be more specific in the future...

 

I only got the Santa Armor for both Mr.Claus and Mrs.Claus. Sorry bud, can't help you there. I don't think it's possible to craft either, maybe try finding it?

 

In the assets files, the object id is "mrclausback". (the actual in-game name is Mr. Claus's Sack)

I'm grepping the assets to see if the name appears anywhere else but in the file that defines the object. and the answer is....

no. That means that it does not exist in any crafting recipes nor in any treasure tables. Like the "Waz Lights", this item is not used in the game. It's either a dev joke or was accidentally excluded. Modding is the only way.

p.s. if you think "Santa's sack" is bad, one of the unused Hylotl recipes is "Soggysack"

Thanks Chucklefish....featuring one of the most essential pieces of the holiday costumes - Santa's S-- Bag, in the game, without it being IN the game. They seem to be preoccupied...or just rushed. Why else would they put this mess out and call it beta?

EDIT: Now that you think about it.....that actually could be a really bad, really inside joke, since the wiki even lists it and it DOES exist...

 

I know, right? How dare they release an incomplete and buggy game during beta testing? The nerve!

 

Except they COULD do better...I am well aware that it is beta...

Generally when I think of the giant bag Santa carries, I think of a bulging red one with gifts peaking out of the top.. The one in the graphic just looks.... wrong..

The outfit just won't be complete. BTW, I just figured out you can use armours as vanity costumes. Call me noob, but that didn't seem to work with my earlier characters...
And that bag looks like your sterotypicical "throw the hostage into the bag" sack. I still don't see how that looks dirty....or like a scrotum...

and i have a bone to pick with the guy who didn't code this into the game! As in the space buzzards will be picking his bones...when im through with him.
