How to download SB from Steam?

I got the steamkey from the humble page and activated it on steam, but I cant find it in my steam library. Where can I download it?

I'm curious about this as well. I can't find it in my library but it does show up under username's Account < Account Details as "ITEM" Starbound "AQUISITION METHOD" Retail.

Yeah same here. I put in the code and it says it was successfully activated but it doesn't show up in the library. What gives?

Yeah, got the key, put it in, all that good stuff, but when I go to the redeem page and put it back in it says "this product has alreayd been activated on this account, click the next button to download." But there is no next button.

Seems as though 10am PST was just an approximation. Patience will be required I suppose...

 

game isn't up on Steam yet. It will show up in the library as soon as it is.

Im sure the devs are working very hard to get it out and probably answer the swarm of emails Im certain they're getting, but Id really appreciate even just a quick "We're working on it, hold on!" from them to put my fragile starbound deprived mind at ease.

 

I asked chucklefish support and they said that steam is still processing the upload of the game,
so now we wait...

 

Steam updates their lists in intervals, and not per exact times set by developers. Unless the game was already on there in a pre-order state it can take a few more hours for it to appear, depending on when their list updates.

I found it by going to all games and typing in starbound in the search box at the top and it found it. I am downloading it now.
