No it's actually true and I'll explain why, Apple buys a ton of each item they need to make each computer for very cheap since they are all exactly the same and since the OS requires minimal change the hardware requires minimal change. This means that buying that runs at a certain speed is cheap and easy... depending on which one you get, but the problem is you cannot upgrade macs. Apple makes it near impossible to alter a mac at all so the speed you get is as fast as it gets. Also it is a little more secure then a pc. If I had a pc that could run as well as my mac it would have cost me more. But it would have been more compatible, but less secure. But - here is not the place to show which is better because realistically, neither is better.
well i think i will join from day 1! i love buggy games! some of em are just so funny but this is all about correcting them, so my duty is to help the devs fix em! i will gladly take part in that!
From all I know game has been tested on Macs and Linuxes in it's current version, so should work on those platforms, albeit there may be some massive bugs.

I believe so, They have been actively developing for the big 3 OSes (win/mac/lin) and it was stated to run on a macbook air once so I would imagine they will release all 3 into the wild unless the rapid updates prohibit them from it until a later stage.
