No, if they are releasing it on steam it will be on greenlight, and released much later if voted on. Just like every other game that wasn't originally on steam.
Except, Tiy and others have said that they already have talked to Valve about releasing the game on Steam, straight up. They didn't go through greenlight, they talked to Valve representatives directly. While we may get a relatively DRM-free release on the humblebundle page, we'll also be getting the game on steam, on release. My question is if they had previously talked to Valve about releasing beta through Steam, through Steam's Early Access program.
