How much do you think Starbound will cost on launch?

And do you guys think it will be one of the Christmas sales like Terraria?

 

I have it on good authority the price will be a carved wooden sculpture of a puppy with a jetpack.
There are like 50 threads about the price already.

 

That would be expensive!
Not too many people would be able to make them.

 

Predicting 15 dollars, but with a 10% sale on launch, I think it'll cost $13.50

 

I bet $20 because the developers live in the UK and the pound is more.

 

I also thought it might be $15, but I forgot about pre-order sales.

 

Can't forget about the pounds > usdollars for us americans.

I'm predicting $25. Since someone mentioned a 10% sale, $22.50.

 

On the initial release I will say $20 and if there is a sale that would put the game at $18.

Honestly I believe that the price will be anywhere from $20-$30 or 15-22 euros, however they may very well put a 10%-15% discount on the game upon release (I am not even a small bit sure this will happen I am just stating it as a possibility). If they were to do this I think they will put the starting price at $25/19 euros so that, with a 10%-15% discount, they get $22.50-$21.25 or 17.14-16.19 euros. If there is no discount upon release I think it will be $20/15 euros.

Speaking in terms of USD and by the sheer scope of this game... I'd be willing to wager anywhere between $20 and $30.
