Once, in the fallen lands of Gamma Alpha Tiyutauri 7145 I, in the region known only as the Blasted Land, Evil Space Wizardry was afoot. As you know(or don't) Tar and oil is formed from the organic materials mixing with sediments and settling for long periods of time. The Space Cult did not like this, for it was science, the explanation of a feat that requires no hand. No, they would have the secret theirs alone, and call it Finkiss the Oil God. In the lands beneath, they prevented this process, stealing from what they called Hell the secret of retaining the lava layer that hovers above the oblivion of their realm, so that they may halt the process of making petroleum, and birth Finkiss from the geological carnage. However, a former schoolteacher from earth, whilst traveling on study, came across the carnage. At first she thought nothing of it, floating water was a common sign of the Frog people and their merchants. and she was going to test the preservation of ores. But then she saw the phenomena grow ever more violent, and chaotic. It was at the very bottom, that she saw the Space Wizardry at its worst. The very lava was falling into the abyss. Thousand of damned voices were screaming as they were being sucked into oblivion in a violation of physics and nature that spiraled out of control. But the power of Tiyutauri's tar would prove their salvation. With quick thinking and mathematics the teacher plugged the hole, causing restoration in the physics of the planet, The Space Cult's plans were foiled, and Finkiss was not to be. They say The Space Cult still exists to this day, hoping to instill ignorance to curry favor with their created, dark, devotions; but as long as they toy with powers great unknown, swift, random justice shall ever descend upon them!
