Just curious to see how many fellow Linux users are interested in the game.

Linux is like splash, whats the point of it?

The point of Linux is a free, open-source operating system, that in my experience, runs programs far faster than my windows install can. (I get about 30fps faster in Minecraft on my Linux install.)

I use to but I've always liked window I am currently running xp but think I might upgrade because I'm not using the max out of my computer because xp is a 32 bit system but I still can play almost all games I have on max graphics using xp :).

I have Mepis (A Debian distro) on one of my spare computers. Just something I like to tinker with. I have been using Windows since the 3.11 days and will probably never give it up, but I do like using Linux once in a while for fun and just to play with some programming. I do think that Linux should get some more games since it's a great OS (Although, even now, it still has a steep learning curve.) I have noticed that most Indie developers are making their games Linux and OSX compatible which is great and I can only hope that it continues.

I've been brought up as a microsoft hater :p, so I've been using Linux since I could use a computer. It thrills me whenever an awesome looking game like this is available for Linux, as decent Linux-native games are hard to come by, let alone awesome ones.

I tried to use Linux, but I could not figure it out. I might try it again when I get some free time.

Ah ok, good joke my sir. :)

  19. I've had a few distros in the past in a dual-boot configuration with Windows 7 but messed up one of my installs so I just threw Windows 8 in its place. I generally keep Linux distros in virtual machines (either as a local/private server or to toy around on) aside from one in dual-boot.
