How Many Characters Will You Have?

every race. every race for single player and every race for multiplayer,let's just keep it at alot.

 

As much as I desire.

 

Ati first, I'd make one male character, then I'll load him with best armor and weapon arsenal in the game. Meanwhile, I'll make another character - a sexy female, which will be given some most prettiest armor I could find... That's it...

 

One for each gender I guess.

 

It depends on the player race suggestions that are implemented (if any).​

If some good races are implemented, I will most likely have more than one character.​

 

I'm keeping one for single player gaming and another one for space plundering with my shipmates.

If there is a playable race of bear-people, a third will be considered

 

I will most likely stick with only one character. The only reason I would have more is for multiplayer since I like to keep that separate.

 

I will have Over 9000 of them.

Seriously though, one for each server so they're probably gonna accumulate fast.

 

At least one. Doctor Elliot Darling, explorer, hero, dentist. In spaaaaace.

 

I always create one main character, that I use to actually progress, but I love making alternate characters to experience the game from different angles. I'll change up the combat styles, races, all that kind of fun stuff and just see how it changes the game for me. From what I've heard, people will never NEED more than one Starbound character, but it won't stop me from having fun with more than that

 

I wonder if you colonize a planet with one character.... if it will still be there with another character. Amazing.

 

Two I guess, one for Single Player and one for Multi Player.
Depending on if it really makes a difference in what kind of race you decide to be in-game, I would have multiple accounts.

 

I'm currently thinking 2... My Avatar Representative who will wield either 1h or 2h Axes, (Race undetermined) & a Alt that will wield Rocket Launchers & whatever Gun Types I take a liking to. (Human Female.)

 

i will have only onre race and then assimilate the rest... unless i'm 8472... or i discover a moon of a planet from of proxima centauri system, like pandora... and then i'm getting blue...

I generally go from beginning to end-game with one charactor, then do it again until I reach the max.

 

One for single player, Sir Logan.
Several depending on the number of roleplays I do. Mr. Logan, Logen, Loganus, etc.

1 mr.red:a good guy set to save the world and find his family.
2: mr.purple: an evil guy set out to mess with the good guy by messing with things, and give mr.red a hard time. but ends up being his son.

Omega3000: An infernal nightmare, the representation of the fear, evil, darkness, and disturbing images of the universe. Overall Evil, but sometimes has a bit of a change of heart, but not for long.
Omega001: A warrior fighting for truth, a representation of the hope, goodness, light, and awesome stuff in the universe. Overall Good, but not a shining Ideal.
Harvester: For farming materials without much fear of loosing all my cool stuff. Neutral, as it's just a programmable robot.

 

I think I would rather meet omega 001 than omega300.

 

I usually end up with around 5 to 20 characters, it all depends on how many times I feel things are moving too slowly.
