Give all the native flora/fauna/citizens Taco Bell. After about an hour or so, no life on the planet.

 

I know what I'll do. I'll erase all life on the planet, but leave the planet itself and any structures untouched. Ten minutes after I'm finished, people will be thinking it must have been abandoned for years.

 

I'll scribble in a bunch of books and leave it perfectly in tact. Future explorers will find these books, think it's a lost language, and wonder what happened to the inhabitants. We just got a sweet deal on a condo four suns over.

If there are self destruct systems, every planet I go to will probally accidently be blown up by me.. I have a problem.

 

I would just leave the planet as it is, no point of blowing it up its a waste of explosives.

I don't know when this became a discussion about mass murders of planetary beings, but I would personally trap all of the life in a cage and begin massively farming it. Effectively making my own McDonalds.

1. Kill most inhabitants.
2. Put them in a cage.
3. Treat them horribly and kill them in massive numbers.
4. ????
5. Profit.

I will do the same thing.

 

I will freeze the sun so they all freeze and when the planet is found they will think there was a serious screwup.

 

I would capture two of every animal on that planet, put them in cages in underground complex (modular to make it easy to build on multiple planets), destroy all the plants, leave me structures alone. Seal the animals off so no one will find them again.

Ka-boom. Done.
If I want to, I can always return down there and see how are my 'mals doing.

 

Why everyone is so cruel? Why?
I would simply leave it alone, maybe gather a few rare and exotic animal samples, and plants, and go away.
However, if I was in a bad mood, I might destroy the planet, and torture the little animal samples.

Personally it would depend on how much it pisses me off (Difficulty and annoying level) If it's a hard planet that killed me a lot then Holocaust it is. :D
