Closed How I fixed Starbound Crash on Logo..

    My issue:

    Game was crashing in loading screen just after steam pops up down the bottom right. It would then come up with a big ass error message.

    What I changed and did differently:
    I tried running the game in a different compatibility mode eg Windows 7, Windows XP.
    This didn't work for me..
    Then I disabled the "Enable Steam Community in Game"
    I tried again and after a few seconds stuck on the loading screen the game launched for me.

    To disable the steam community in game:

    Steam>Settings>In Game Tab>Uncheck enable steam community in game

    I hope this helps someone out there :D
