How far would you to get this game now?

Some people have already voiced similar sentiments, but in my own words, why would I want to play a jumbled up cacophony of non-functionality? I've been viewed as a very patient person, and I certainly can wait for the team to finish the game entirely.

Just kidding, I just wanted to see if it felt as satisfying to say to someone as it looks like it does. It doesn't, just makes me feel like a jerk.

I think I will just wait for the game to be ready to play. Waiting impatiently and getting excited about a game release is an important part of a game (for me anyway).

It is early to say, hype + reality are 2 things that usually mess up and cause disappointments to people with unrealistic huge expectations.

That said, and far what I say this game can be priced as Minecraft is, around 25$. BUT if Starbound wish for great success, it will need a cheaper price. (like it is now, it is said it will cost more at release but i don't expect over 20$)

I would construct a time machine to travel 3-5 months into the future - snag the source code for the release version from chuckle - come back here, give it to them and compile it for myself and you know - play it.
