how do you transfer severs in starbound?

i wanna know how you transfer severs because i was playing on my friends sever and it was the first time i played the game and i didn't know that your single player world and multi player world were in different sever so i played all day in his sever and he had to go so when i was in my single player sever all my progress wasn't there

 

Universe is located in \Steam\SteamApps\common\Starbound\storage\universe\

Take backup of the whole folder, and then copy your friends universe files in there.

On how does he send it to you? I would recommend making it a zip file and using dropbox or google drive.
