How do you heal?

How do you heal??? Also, how do you know how hungry you are..?

 

Build and sleep in/use a bed.

 

Also, you can make a yarn spinner with enough wood. Chop down some vines to get plant fiber, then use the yarn spinner to craft fabric. You can then use the crafting menu (the one for your hands) to make bandages, which heal you. Bandages take a little while to work though.

 

i found some red stim packs they also heal you.

 

I found a first aid kit, however it doesn't restore that much of your health -HappiBunni-

 

Does anyone know if higher tier beds heal you for more?

I found an Interrogation Table in an abandoned ape science lab and it heals my character really fast so i snatched it up and brought it home.
