How do you get items that provide energy?

Hey all.

I've seen some videos on youtube where people show how the different techs work. But in the video they never ran out of energy.... Where can you find/how do you get those items? Do you need to find a special blueprint, buy them at a special merchant?

Helmets will regenerate your energy faster and legs will give you more energy. If it doesn't run out however they modified their game files.

 

Certain armors have more energy.

Vanity items also regen energy. Usually much faster than armor.
Thing is, you gotta equip it as armor.
the glitch crown has a regen of 3

 

Also there's a backpack that converts solar power into energy.
