How do I load game in windowed mode?

    I had no problem playing this game when I first got it, I havent played in about a month or so, and now when I try, it does not get recognised by my monitor (I use a tv ) I have had this problem with other games, and worked around it by opening the game in windowed mode, but I can't figure out how to do this for stardew valley... any help?
