I made a thread asking this question a while back... But yeah, that's what I wanted to know, how to find SAIL's dialogue to replace it with something less robotic.
First place to look is some of the SAIL replacement mods. Besides possibly offering what you want from the start, they're going to be changing the sort of things you'd need to look at thus greatly decreasing what you need to look through.
