How do I add a custom race (skin)?

    I have almost no knowledge on how to mod this game.

    Is creating a new race currently supported?
    All I'm really aiming to do is change the sprites and sound FX, without overwriting anything.

    I attempted to create a new race tonight, it would crash when it would load title screen from the actual code, not my edits.

    So I assume the UI doesn't currently support additional races.
