This is true.
The closest thing to liver we often eat would probably be hotdogs, since they're basically a mix of nonspecific and otherwise unused meats out of pig

ALSO @Neptz NOT SURE IF I POSTED THIS BUT

Ballin Burger Belly Blastin Baste:

1) 1 Spoon Steak Sauce
2) 1/2 Spoon Belsamic Vinegar
3) 1/2 Spoon Sweet and Sour sauce
4) Add Tobasco optionally and Liberally
5) Shake and stir until you cant tell whats what
6) Add Barbequeue sauce for base, add more for increased thickness. 1 spoon for Glazing or dipping.

If you want it really thick, add 2 spoons barbequeue up front.

 

Very carefully and with a lot of skill.
